   and… I think it’s kind of short-sighted to blame U of T for someone who doesn’t finish their degree or decides to transfer to college. University isn’t meant to land you in a job (although it does, most of the time) like college is, anyway. If someone doesn’t realize that college is practical education and university is largely theoretical knowledge, that’s their problem.

    the web 3.0 will basically be the same web. its just the way the web works within itself. often called the semantic web. picture this. you want some information, you type in a keyword. and google retrives all that it can in that criteria. and this is based on that principal. but heres where it differs.how the computer talks to it self. bob went on a summer fishing trip. and caught tuna . it was a good vaction. now that being said with web 3.0 you type in summer vaction and get all about bobs trip. the other web type that in and you get 200,00 summers etc. etc. so how the computer will talk to itself. is all that it is. the semantic web 3.0

    I really dig a lot of 60s pop music. maybe that means that I am boring. but I hope not.but I'm with you on that some things are good for the car, some are good for a party, some are good when you're sitting in your office grading, some are good for making dinner, some are good for sipping wine, some are good for burning incense, some are good for sex, some are good for dancing in a club, some are good for trying to sleep on a train (or a bus), some are best live, some are good for…. I've spent a lot of time choosing “the perfect” music for events. every time you've come to a party at my place? mp and I've worked to pick a good mix.

    Very interesting how corporations consider themselves to be making money.

    I recently had the experience of renting a car.
    For an actual cost of about $100.00, the rental company put a “hold” in the amount of $450.00 on the credit card for the duration of the rental.
    My guess is that they used that “money” to inflate their balance sheet for those days, increasing the “value” of their stock.

    KDE is based on QT which is commercial and is always worked upon. This is the advantage of commercial product.

    Open source has advantage only if there are many developers but they could not be constant.

    The measurement is which has more changes or development / improvement happening. It does not matter if it is open source or commercial.

    But being commercial implies always development….

    That was a great post, your such a great daughter! You captured those family dinners so well, we did the candle light nights also…except we would get excited about french toast for dinner. My stepdad was similar with chavy chase movies… he would watch fletch, caddyshack and those vaction movies whenever they were on tv and then say the lines in his “dad” way that always made us laugh. Great fathers day post, have a great week…

    I started using BuilderBrokerNetwork.com, it's really inexpensive (I think it's $59.99 a year). Basically, it networks commercial brokers, builders, and commercial investors together. They have a Wants/Needs section that allows investors or buyes who are looking for certain types of commercial properties like land for sale to post their needs then it's broadcasted to their database.

    Basically, the site is good for Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Listings, Commercial Properties, Office Space, Office Buildings, and all other commercial needs.

    The forward lean can be unavoidable for some people (I’m 6’2 for what it’s worth). Definitely fight to keep the chest up though, I feel like it will help with your low back arch. The good news is you aren’t doing anything egregiously wrong that makes it injury prone. At this point it’s more about perfecting the little things as the weight gets up there. Priorities 1 and 2 are arching your low back hard and keeping your knees from going too far past your toes.

    I really really love this. I’m just wondering how it’s attached to the wall, I am in a rental property so putting lots of screw holes in the wall is frowned upon. If you can just buy it piece at a time that would be even more exciting so you could build on it when you can afford it.
